Use the email buttons on the Community page. They prepare a message to info@livenomio.com in your email app. The Nomio website does not store or send the message for you.
What is the standard cancellation policy?
A reservation is refundable when cancelled at least 14 days before arrival. Refund processing begins after cancellation and may take up to 21 business days depending on the bank. Your HotelSync confirmation remains authoritative for your booking.

Nomio Management reviews requests from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday. Each remains pending until confirmed. The Renault Trafic minivan has a provisional limit of seven residents; supermarket-run requests should arrive at least 12 hours before departure.
For same-day or after-hours taxi help, ask Royal Blue reception between 07:00 and 23:00. Contact reception for urgent accommodation or safety support, and local emergency services for a serious emergency.

Winter in Montenegro can be cold, with bright and sunny days between colder periods. Nomio chooses activities that fit the actual weather.
The social rhythm follows the community's pace and interests. Trainings, hikes, community dinners and workshops are offered when their practical details are ready, and participation remains optional.
