Choose ten good actions across fourteen days. Keep progress private, share only what you want and treat the challenge as a prompt, not a performance.
What counts as a good action?
A walk, an alcohol-free day, focused work, a sauna, a shared meal, helping a neighbour or anything else you define clearly for yourself.
Wellness challenges stay optional. Public photographs require a separate choice, and no health claim or unsafe record is rewarded. A named seasonal version, such as a Daily Steps Challenge, can be activated by Nomio Management when its dates and participation rules are ready.
Records with boundaries
Personal bests, not risky records.
Celebrate consistency or progress only when the rules, verification and safety boundaries are clear.
Opt in
Residents decide whether to take part and whether a verified result can be shown. No one is ranked by default.
Keep it kind
A push-up personal best can be fun with clear form and supervision where needed. There is no humiliation, body comparison or health claim.
Remove unsafe incentives
Nomio will not publish a cold-exposure duration leaderboard or reward residents for ignoring personal limits or qualified advice.
